All quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. A contract is formed when you sign and return your order confirmation and pay your deposit. Any changes to your order after this point must be agreed in writing and may affect price and lead times. Verbal agreements are not binding.
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling inclusive of VAT at the current rate. A deposit of 50% is required on order placement. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to installation. We reserve the right to pause or reschedule installation where payment has not been received by the agreed date.
Estimated lead times are given in good faith but are not contractually guaranteed. We will notify you as soon as possible of any changes. You are responsible for ensuring the installation area is clear and accessible on the agreed date. Additional charges may apply where access is restricted or preparatory work has not been completed by your chosen trades.
All goods are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, typically 5 years on cabinetry and hardware. Our installation workmanship is guaranteed for 2 years from the date of completion. These guarantees do not affect your statutory rights. Damage caused by misuse, unauthorised modification or water ingress not attributable to our installation is excluded.
You may cancel your order within 14 days of signing your order confirmation for a full refund of your deposit, provided manufacturing has not commenced. After 14 days, or once bespoke manufacturing has begun, we reserve the right to retain part or all of the deposit to cover costs incurred. Please contact us in writing to exercise your right to cancel.
Our total liability in contract, tort or otherwise in connection with your order shall not exceed the total price you have paid. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses including loss of enjoyment or loss of use. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force.
